Abstract

The lack of knowledge of a pedagogical strategy based on the Agogical Sciences and the psychobiological stages and particularities of the students' age has caused low academic performance of the students, causing little interest in learning; Therefore, it became necessary to consider the objective of determining the knowledge about agogic sciences in the innovation of teaching management that the teachers of the “Aida Gallegos” educational unit have. The methodological approach was focused on the quantitative and descriptive research, where a survey was applied through a closed questionnaire to the 34 teachers of the institution. The results found showed that there are weaknesses in the knowledge of agogic strategies, so the curriculum must be aligned at all levels; This awakens the motivation of teachers to apply strategies in which psychobiological elements can be developed in students. It was concluded that authorities must take into account educational levels and sublevels to direct them towards innovation and strengthening educational management.
