Universidad del Quindío. Colombia.
The increase in the offer and coverage of virtual higher education is evident. With the growth, new needs arise due to questions about the quality of education. In this research, the creation of an instrument for assessment that leads to the improvement of virtual training at the University of Quindío was proposed. To do this, different methods of assessing the quality of the courses were reviewed and an own instrument for assessment was designed and applied to a sample of courses, which are complemented by surveys of teachers, students and graduates. The investigation is in process; therefore, the report and the final conclusions are still in process.
